The main activities of Department are:
- providing of international contracts and projects,
- relationships with foreign companies and organizations,
- technology transfer,
- management of Department relations with banks, custom services, structures of export control and currency exchange regulation,
- relationship with municipal and administrative officials of Saint-Petersburg, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Economics of Russia, others state structures during preparation and realization of international projects and contracts.
