ADMISSION PROCEDURES for International students

In this block you can find information on admission procedures to different educational programs of IIEP.

! Admission requirements differ depending on the program. Please make sure you are reading the information dedicated to the program you are interested in.

1. Pre-university Foundation

ADMISSION PROCEDURE. STEP-BY-STEP SCHEME

Step 1. Sending the documents

 

You should send (either by e-mail or fax) the following documents:

• The filled-in application form;
• The copy of the national passport pages (those with the photo, date and place of birth etc.)
• The documents confirming your previous education translated into Russian or English language. Document requirements depend on the program (Example: applying for the MSc program you should send the BSc diploma with transcript).
  Duration of the step – 1-3 weeks (the documents for the MSc, PhD and DSc programs require more time to be considered).

Step 2. Paying the registration fee

The registration fee of 60 conventional units (1800 rubles, 1 c.u. = 30 rubles) should be paid by everyone applying for the SPSPU programs.

There are only 2 variants of payment available:

• in cash: 60 c.u are paid in IIEP;
• by credit card: you fill in the payment form and 60 c.u are charged from your card.

! It is NOT possible to transfer the registration fee to the SPSPU account.

Duration of the step: up to 1 week.

 

 

Step 3. Making the invitation

 

The procedure of making the invitation starts within 2-3 days after the registration fee is paid.

Duration of the step – 30 working days.

! There is NO possibility of making urgent invitations. Try to do everything in advance.

 

 

Step 4. Receiving the invitation  

• you or someone of your acquaintances come to IIEP and take the invitation;
• we send the invitation by Express-mail (choosing this variant you should provide IIEP with your full home address and contact telephone number). You will receive the invitation within a week.

! Invitation is NOT enough to enter Russia. It is necessary to make the visa.

In case you pass all the steps successfully – congratulations, you are admitted to SPSPU!

2. Foreign Languages Courses

You can apply for the foreign language courses in accordance with the following schedule:

Application months: September, October, January, February

Application days: Monday – Friday

Application time: 11.00 – 19.00

Application can be made in the room № 115 (IIEP).

4. International Business Semester

The filled in application form should be sent by e-mail or fax. Please do not forget to attach the following documents:

• transcript of records
• copy of international passport
